Call for Testers – Help Improve Audio-Only Gaming Accessibility!

Hi everyone!

I’m currently developing a prototype for my Bachelor’s thesis focused on audio-based navigation systems in 3D video games for blind and visually impaired players. The goal is to explore and evaluate different acoustic guidance methods to improve accessibility and immersion in games designed without visual feedback.

I’m now looking for test participants to try out the prototype and share their feedback.

This includes:

· Players who are blind or have low vision

· Gamers interested in accessibility and audio-only experiences

· Anyone curious to support inclusive game design research!

The test will take place from 7. - 9. as well as 21. - 24. August.
They will involve playing through a short level built in Unity and answering a few follow-up questions. You don’t need any special equipment – just a PC and headphones.

If you’re interested or have questions, feel free to reach out to me here or via email:

Your input would be incredibly valuable – let’s make gaming more fun for everyone!
